Delicious biscuit created by our French friends. This biscuit, that my grandmother brought me back when she was travelling, inspired me to become a professional baker.
Ingredients
Wheat flour, butter (25.2%), cane sugar, milk powder, cornstarch, eggs, raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate, fleur de sel, rosemary extract (rapeseed oil, rosemary). May contain traces of nuts and soya.
